Karen DeChiera, Co-Founder of The Michigan Opera Theatre, located in Detroit, MI. Volunteers frequently by creating new songs for the choir and directly engaging choir members in the process. Her most recent production is entitled, "Let's Sing About Friendship".
Rev. Renee Machiniak has volunteered for a long time with TCM. We are most appreciative of the inspirational speeches she has given at many of the free performances. She is Paster of The Church of the Holy CIty and is currently Chaplin for the Police Department in Royal Oak, Michigan. She was recently named the Official Chaplain of The Therapy Choirs of Michigan.
Kirsti Reeve and Terry Gonda, long time volunteers and folk song singers, join The Therapy Choirs of Michigan at our free performances whenever they can to bring their songs of inspiration to our listening audiences. Kirsti has her PhD, and Terry works for the government as an engineer.
